How do you mean "can't get it to work"? What are you trying to do and what
happens when you try?
And what do you mean by XP "basic"? There's no such thing.

First of all, note that there is no such thing as "XP Basic." Do you mean
"XP Home Edition"?

Second, please help us to help you. What version of Microsoft Outlook? What
does "I cannot get it to work" mean? Have you installed it successfully?
What happens when you try to run it? If you get an error message, please
quote it verbatim.
