Microsoft Outlook with Business Contact Manager send and recieve

I can not send and recieve from my internet co. (cox.net) or hotmail account
I can how ever from charter.net can any one advise?

This is an Outlook email Account configuration issue. The Outlook BCM add-in
does not affect email. You will need to post your question in the regular
Outlook forum.
