Microsoft Outlook sending problems

I can not send anything because I have an email with a
large attachment that appears to be stuck. The computer
tells me that I can not delete this email w/attachment
because it is in the process of spooling. HOW DO I GET RID
OF THIS?

This sounds like a question for an Outlook newsgroup,
not a networking newsgroup.
