Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup Tool

Have downloaded and installed Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup Tool and used once.
Now I cannot find the tool anywhere in Outlook to make changes to backup frequency etc..
It should appear under FILE menu as 'backup' - BUT it is not there.
Am I going mad?
Can anyone help?
