I am able to receive emails. I am able to send text emails. However I am
trying to send pictures and I get this error message. (See below) I already
called ISP and they said my setting were correct. Can anyone help me. I
tried to turn of my firewall and antivirus software and no luck.

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

If you have problems with Outlook, you're likely to get a better answer in
a newsgroup meant to Outlook, such as:

microsoft.public.outlook.general
microsoft.public.outlook

Mention which version of Outlook you have, and that you're running it
under Vista, in case it matters.

You need to be in Plain Text not in Rich Text or HTML to send your picture attachments with Outlook
