Microsoft Outlook Express

I would like to know what I am doing wrong when I try and
send music as a bacground sound. Under formatt and
background you can add sound. When I do this it plays as
background music on my email on my computer. When I send
it to someone they don't hear the music. The same thing
happens if the email with sound is sent to me. Then I
don't hear the music.
Also when I send the email I receive this message.
ONe or more of the pictures un this message could not be
found. When you send this message thes pictures will not
be included. Are you sure you want to send this message?
Yes or NO.
I am not sending any pictures though just sound.

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)

I have the same problem
I can't hear the music in my email and neither can the
person I send it to.
I have sent music in emails for years from my older
computer which has windows 98 on it. I got a new Toshiba
laptop and now can't get music to go into my emails using
the format, background music.
I have no idea why this won't work on my laptop when it
worked just fine on my older computer. Any ideas welcome,
