Microsoft Outlook 2007

Suddenly this a.m. I cannot open Outlook. I have reinstalled all software,
done diagnostics that showed nothing. The message pops up after it starts to
load and says
it cannot open the outlook window...the set of folders cannot be opened.
Errors have been detected. It tells me to quit, and use Inbox repair tool
(Scanpst.exe) which I can't get to...so I typed that in the search box and it
cannot find it. It worked fine last night....help!

SCANPST.EXE can be found in %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office12. Run
that program and when it prompts for the PST, 3enter the path to your
existing PST. You can find that on the Data Files tab of the Mail applet in
Control Panel.
