Microsoft Outlook 2003 will not load

Outlook 2003 will not load. I get an error message with a big X stating,
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook Window.
The set of folders could not be opened."

Running XP on a Dell Comuter. All other Office Programs work properly. I
have reinstalled several times with the same result. Please tell me what I
need to do.

Fix your mail profile so that it points to a valid PST.
