Microsoft Outllok desktop shortcut

Cannot right-click on Outlook in program list from start menu to create a
shortcut. Click clicking on Outlook does nothing. Mouse is working fine
however.
 
Right click on it and hold the mouse button down, drag it to the Desktop and
choose Create shortcut.
