microsoft On-line crash Analysis

When attemtpting to browse I receieve a message that says
that Internet explorer must close any saved data might be
lost and then it asks you if you want to send the error
message or not and then the browser shuts down and
restarts. It's annoying and it happens to often.Can I dis-
able this feature?
