Microsoft Office Professional 2007 (Re Microsoft Outlook 2007)

I have what is in the subject line. My question is when I receive a animation
..gif and wish to save it I only have the option to save it as .bmp, to which
all animation is lost. Is there a way around this so I can save it in its
proper format.
