No--not settings. You can export your contacts to a csv file in Win Mail and
import that into Outlook. Not very helpful, IMO.
 
You can always try an Import in Outlook by choosing Import from another
program and it will tell you what's available that can be imported. I tried
selecting Outlook Express 4, 5, 6 and it didn't find Windows Mail acct
settings, even though WinMail is Outlook Express' new name. All it would
import is messages and addresses--but maybe that's what you want.
