When I restart a window C:/Microsoft/office live and Seach Enhancement
startsup. I have check my startup folder, but nothing there seems like it is
causing this window to open, with every restart.

There doesn't seem to be any thing to install or nothing; must be missing
something?

Thanks

Off topic for a Defender newsgroups, but the problem is caused by a
registry key that is missing quotes in the path.
Warning, editing the registry incorrectly can cause your system to
become unstable or possibly even cause it to fail to start.
Go to Start/Run (I assume you are using XP) and type Regedit
Navigate to this branch:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Look at the path for each key listed.
For example:
Microsoft Works Portfolio:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Works\WksSb.exe /AllUsers
and
WorksFUD:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Works\wkfud.exe

You need to edit these as follows:
Microsoft Works Portfolio:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Works\WksSb.exe" /AllUsers
and
WorksFUD:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Works\wkfud.exe"

Note the quotes around the path of the program. There may be others
that are also incorrectly saved in the Registry causing your issue.
