I think you'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to
Word, or one related to Excel. (Incidentally, if you're going to post to
both, it's preferable to make a single post to both newsgroups, rather than
individual posts. To do that using Microsoft's web interface to these
newsgroups, click on the "Advanced Options" hyperlink in the bottom
right-hand corner, and enter the newsgroup names in the "Cross-post to these
discussion groups" box.)
First of all you should probably try posting to the applicable product
newsgroup as this newsgroup is for Microsoft Access (the database product)
and not for Office Home & Student. Perhaps an Office newsgroup would be
more appropriate. Look down the list as the web interface on the MS website
may have confused you (if you used it).
