Hi all,
Does anyone know if there is any way to detect whether
it's my computer or the software itself that is causing
this kinds of behavior? I am using windows xp with office
2000.
I am increasingly having my Micrsoft and Adobe
applications shut down while I'm working. A window pops
up saying "Outlook has encountered a problem and
will shut down." It has buttons for Send Report or Don't
Send, then shuts down. It started out gradually with one
or two instances per day, now happens 10 to 15 times a
day. It happens with:
Outlook
Word
Excel
Explorer
Adobe (not a Microsoft product)
Sometimes I can go to the application and save the file
before clicking on the message box. Once you click on
the message box, the application shuts down without
asking if you want to save your files.
