microsoft .net famework 1.1 setup: error1935

i am installing vb.net 2003 and the error is:
Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly
'System.Data,version="1.0.5000.0",PublicKeyToken="b77a5c561934e089",Culture="netural",FileVersion="1.1.4322.573'".Please
refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT:0x80070005.

can anyone help please?
