I have Dell 2400 with XP. I'm trying to download Net Framework 1.1 . It will
not load onto my computor. It says error1935 HRESULT:0x80070005. Can anyone

That error normally indicates a registry access denied error when writing to a
key without permission or a key that doesn't exist.
