appears your comment is not related to that database. You are much more
likely to find someone knowledgeable if you post your question to a
newsgroup devoted to your subject.

I might add that from my experience you are asking for what is already
there. Any lack of ability to access the Internet is not due to any
difference in operating systems (which I don't believe are there, the copy I
have works in many languages.) but rather the lack of internet providers
available locally and or the blocking of access via the phone lines. Of
course satellite connections are not blocked and are available anywhere
until you get caught.
