Microsoft needs to create automatic TCP Receive Window (RWIN)

Windows XP has the RWIN set to 17250. Since Comcast has 6Mbps down now
available this setting is far too low and really needs to be around 64240.

I changed my RWIN with DrTcp, but the average user won't even know to change
it. Microsoft needs to make Windows adjust this automatically.

You could send this directly to Microsoft. I think they have a
proposal web page somewhere, but I'm not sure and don't know the
address.

On the other hand, perhaps it is not too bad if many people have
a small RWIN (as long as I can have a larger one :-).

Hello;
I am an average user and I do not know what it is. Please expand on the
description?
