Microsoft MSTS 2

Hi

I would like to know when the MSTS 2 train sim will come
out and what are the specifications necessary to run the
train simulator?

I have a Dell 1.8 ghz with 512 ram with Windows XP and
would like to upgrade my video card and want to know if
the 9800 ATI pro video card will work with my existing
processor?
