An error in the events of disk managementreads as follows.
vmnt provider reported physical disk\device\harddisk0 was
removed or is temporarily unavailable.
We reboot to the mirrored drive and reactivated disk0,
resynced the drives and everything looks good but when we
try to boot to the master disk, all we get is a black
screen and a curser.

Sounds like your master drive is bad. Have you checked
your cable connections?
