I belive this to be one of those LOTTO scam emails but as it is useing the
MICROSOFT name I would like to know where to send it for you to investigate it

In general if you suspect scam e-mail you send it to (e-mail address removed). In
this case that would be (e-mail address removed). The web site probably has more
information.

You can rest assured that any e-mail referring to a Microsoft Lottery is
just one of hundreds, thousands, or more scam e-mails trying to lure people
in to a scam by using a well-known name. They either want to get you to send
money for some imagined expense of paying you, or just to obtain the details
of your personal information for identity theft.

You can make the same assumption for any unsolicited "lottery" e-mail, as
well as any from a banker in any country offering you a percentage of an
unclaimed account.

Also, though Microsoft provides the structure for these newsgroups, you
should be aware that no one from Microsoft normally monitors them.
