Problem Device: Microsoft Kernel DLS Synthesizer, Error
code 39.

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.
Sound card missing a driver.

However, the Hardware Update Wizard could not find a
better match for the hardware than the software I have
currently installed.

So, now what?
 
Get a driver from the sound card manufacturer's web site?
