Microsoft Internet Explorer..Explorer pop-ups continuously

I have pop-up controls on my pc from my regular IP and
that works perfectly. Lately, I keep getting pop-ups one
after the other that are coming up directly from Microsoft
Internet Explorer and not from any site that i may be on
at that time. I have no idea why this started doing this.
The only way i was told to stop it is to disable active
scripting which i've tried. That stops those Explorer pop-
ups but at the same time it also unables me to sign on to
most of my other regular sites. I really hope someone can
tell me how i can correct this problem once and for all. I
welcome any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Your PC is probably loaded with spyware that is also hogging resources.

Does those pop-up adds read "Messenger Service" on top?

If those page to stop pop-up ads while browsing
