Microsoft Intellimouse 3.0 Problem

Bought MS Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 product like a few months ago .. was
functioning fine till two weeks ago my mouse started not responding well on
counter-strike game. It's like as if the mouse is having lag choppy problem
or something. For example, if I try to move the curosor to different
direction, it will sometime either stay or move but at slow rate. Please
help if you can. Thanks

PS (btw, no mouse driver installed for games)

Switch to a Logitech MX 500. It seems that the MS Intellimice have some
problems. I have not had a problem since I switched to the Logitech. I am
a gamer playing Tribes, BF 1942, C&C games and many others.

Maybe try updated the mouse software.

will help.) I had the Intellimouse Explorer also, but ended smashing it
against the desk because of the problems.
