do mouse lags ??

Bought MS Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 product like a few months ago .. was
functioning fine till two weeks ago my mouse started not responding well on
counter-strike game. It's like as if the mouse is having lag choppy problem
or something. For example, if I try to move the curosor to different
direction, it will sometime either stay or move but at slow rate. Please
help if you can. Thanks

PS (btw, no mouse driver installed for games)

Your probally just getting a laggy connection to the cs
server you were on..............check your ping when it
next happens.
