Microsoft Installation Monitor for Win 2000 only?

Will Microsoft's Installation Monitor found at this site:

work with Win 98 SE?

undo reg changes you'll have to undo the file changes by hand,

Thanks but I'm also looking for something that can track disk changes
as well as registry.

Would try to install it on my 98SE system but I'm afraid it will screw
up my system. Does anyone know if it will work?
