Microsoft IE has encountered a problem and needs to close?

Help, I have WIN 98Se. I recently upgraded to IE6 and
since then I keep getting a error message that states
that: "Microsoft IE6 has encounted a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." (yeah right?)

The error has something to do with the following info I
have managed to get out of the generated report:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName:
flt.dll
ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 0000365d

Any ideas:?
