Microsoft front page - how to save to server??? PLS HELP!

I have a google pages website, Im trying to input ad sense to my web
pages, however i need to save my page to my server....

This is were im really confused.... I have mirocsoft front page 2000.

How do i save to my server???

Im not good on computers so pls break it down is easy to follow
english, not cyber..

You can only save to your server if the live/remote server has the FP server extensions and you have
the site open directly in FP, otherwise you would have to use FTP.
