Microsoft Firewall Client Installation

During install of Microsoft Firewall Client I receive the
following message:

Install Wizard was completed with an ERROR!

The wizard was interrupted before Microsoft Firewall
Client could be completely installed.
 
If you are using any Anti-Virus or other Firewall programs try closing
them first. Then try installing MSFC.
