After we ugraded to exchange 2003 some who have nortel call pilot can't send
email. They are receiving this message: microsoft exchange server-sending
reported error (0x80004005): Operation failed there is no consistency in
Office. Some have office 2003 some have XP. If we remove call pilot then it
will work with no problems. We have users that have call pilot and are
having no problems. I have created new profiles and still having issues. It
appears to be computer related not user related.

When a STOP message occurs, Windows can create a debug file for very detailed
analysis. To do this, it needs a workspace equal to the amount of physical
RAM you have installed. If you resize your Win XP pagefile minimum to less
than the size of your physical RAM, you will get an advisory message that
your system may not be able to create a debugging information file if a STOP
error occurs. My advice is to go ahead with this change if you want, but
simply remember the limitation so that you can change it back if you need to
troubleshoot STOP messages. Some general troubleshooting principles are
suggested in the Resource Kit for approaching STOP messages overall. Checking
the System log will usually give you a way of viewing the error message, and
it may even tell you additional information that could be of help in
troubleshooting the message. Read your Memory Dump log. You can also follow
these steps:
Uninstal the last device you installed.
Roll back a device driver you updated recently.
Open up the box and reseat PCI cards and memory.
Run diagnostics on your hard drives.
Uninstall a recently installed hotfix or service pack.
Roll back the configuration of your system using Last Known Good or XP's
System Restore.
Reconfigure your BIOS settings to their original values.

You can also google Stop Errors and find out specifics on that particular
stop error you posted.
