Microsoft Exchange/Outlook thoughts

We are currently being forced into Microsoft Exchange and have been
using Lotus Notes for the past 8 years. Never a problem with Notes
EMail, and now I am forced to look for answers to simple questions.

Why doesn't Mail get delivered to my current Email address?
Answer : Now way to tell. There aren't any tools to allow me to track
this. Reboot and call me later. If the problem still exists I am up
the creek...

When will you allow applications to be delivered to remote users?
Answer: Never or check out .net stuff and if you can figure this out
let me know. Lotus has delivered this function for the last 8 years
and it works great.

Why do I receive a so much Spam/Junk Email?
Answer: Notes has a BlackList server that we use to eliminate
virtually All Spam/Junk EMail. This is a third party addtion for
Microsoft that may or may not work well, and costs some bucks.

I deleted an EMail and Outlook crashed?
Answer: Reboot, Reboot, Reboot

I am really looking forward to this new Corprate dictate....
I wonder how much this dick face got paid to go with this solution...
Thanks God for Corporate Help Desks. I know they are busy, and offer
the same solutions, Reboot, Reinstall, and I don't know/

You must be a Microsoft MVP and have never looked at any other EMail
products. You really ought to explore the possibilites.
At least when using Notes I don't have to edit the registry to remove
something from the menu that is a system setting, and is supposed to
disable a particular function, but doesn't. Thank GOD for MVP's...
