What is the easiest way to use Office 2003 and\or Windows Live Mail servers
to send and receive email accounts from POP3 servers?
 
Neither Outlook 2003 nor Windows Mail act as servers. They are simply clients
that receive and send mail. What are you trying to accomplish?
