In the appointment boxes where it asks for a
location,every time you put a location in the box it keeps
every one location you put there. How do I get rid of the
ones I do not want to keep
 
I presume you mean in Outlook? Post this in microsoft.public.outlook and
provide more details of your version & installation mode.
