I downloaded Microsoft office, and it tried to change my e-mail. I didn't
want that as it was only a trial. Now when I click on e-maill addy's it
won't open up my regular e-mail. How do I get it to restore back?

It isn't clear which email program you desire to use, but if that is
Windows Mail, do the following:
Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from
the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item:
"Set your default programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Windows
Mail". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults"
then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.

Is your "regular e-mail" the Windows Mail program? If so:
Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from
the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item:
"Set your default programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Windows
