Microsoft DAO

I'm trying to install a CD but when I run setup it says that I need to
shutdown all programs that us Micrsoft DAO. As far as I can tell I'm not
using anything like that. Any suggestions on what to look for.

To disable the SP2 warning for running activeX on a CD drive, go to : IE, Tools menu, Options, Advanced Tab, -- scroll down to the
Security area, check the box for, "Allow active content from CDs to run on my computer"
