microsoft baseline security analyzer

just ran the microsoft baseline security analyzer and it tells me that I
have 2 MSXML out of date.
MSXML 3.0 SP3, MSMXL4.0 SP1.

And also that I have the following windows security updates that could not
be confirmed..(marked with the blue asterisk)
MS03-008
MS03-030
MS03-051
MS04-016

I have been to the windows updates site and got all the updates, thats the
first thing I did before runing the baseline security analyzer. I need you
to tell me how, what, I need to do to get my computer up and runnig. I have
no servers what so ever.

Stop using the microsoft baseline security analyzer.

Simply click "result details" in MBSA and follow the links to the instructions for correctly installing the updates (provided under the heading "Reason"). For the updates that could't be confirmed you can try to install them again to be sure. But also after this second attempt there will be no positive confirmation possible because these updates can't be detected by MBSA.

Download, install and run Qfecheck.exe

Qfecheck will show if all updates have been installed properly or not.
