microsoft antispyware stopping default change in iE

Hi, i recently downloaded microsoft antispyware from the microsoft website.

when i now try to change the defaut IE opening page, i get the message that
a change in IE has been blocked by Microsoft antispyware.

what should i best do now please to change default page?

Open up MSAS and click on the advanced tools button,next click on the
browser restore icon,in the lower right hand corner you will see an icon that
says
change restore setting to a new url, type in what home page you want and
click ok.
