Microsoft Antispyware Beta question

So I have 3 connected pc's and each have a copy of the Antispyware beta on
them. Last night one was upgraded to the 1.0.701 automatically but the other
2 are still the older version.. Any ideas as to why?

Do you have the updater set to the same day and time on each machine?

NEVER download files from anywhere unless it is from the website of the
developer,manufacturer or some entity you trust. The developers
websites ALWAYS have the most up to date files that haven't been
tampered with by some third party who is "hosting"(read Leeching or
Stealing) those files without permission.

yes I do... I decided to go to the microsoft site and just download the new
version... thanks anyhow.

Did the one computer do a fully automatic upgrade, or did it just
produce an advisory popup telling you that the upgrade was available
and click on the popup to get it?

The upgrade available popups are being pushed out to users on some
sort of a selected basis so as to avoid massive amounts of downloads
occuring at the same time. Some people have reported getting the
notice several days ago while others have yet to receive one. I got
mine late last night.

Ron, I believe it downloaded it automatically.. I decided to download the
new version to the other 2 pc's from the microsoft site..
