i scanned three times in three days and followed recommended removals. i
can't go back now to restore past the day that i installed. there is a
problem with some of the programs and it is slow on the internet.

No offense, but what are you talking about? Installed what? What programs,
and what's slow on the internet?

It helps if you give a bit more info, like, what 'scanning' software are you
talking about? What error messages did you get?
