anti spyware beta 1

I have anti spyware beta 1. it scans every day at
2:00AM. it has not scanned since 1-15-2005 at 2:00AM.
the settings say it is supposed to scan everyday. what
is the problem ? does it not scan on Sunday (1-16) or on
MLK Day (1-17) ?

I don't think the scheduler is cognizant of holidays--it is just plain
buggy!
