Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System

Hi all,

I've just installed Vista Ultimate on my PC. Everything seems to install
fine, except that when I look in Device Manager there is an unknown device
(under other devices) listed as location: on Microsoft ACPI-Compliant
System.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be & where I could get a driver to
fix the problem?

Everything seems to be working, it's just this"Unknown Device" that annoys
me.

Any suggestions welcomed.

Thanks, Dave.

in the device manager, right click on the device and choose properties, then
switch to the details tab. in the properties drop down choose Hardware ID's
it should look some thing like this

USB\VID_0BDA&PID_8187&REV_0100

Google this.

I did as you suggested & found a solution. (Disabled in BIOS).
