Microsoft Access on a Network

How do you prevent more than one user opening and editing a table at the same
time? i.e. - if I am in a table changing information and my co-worker opens
the same one simultaneoulsy, who's data does it save? How can I prevent it?

Open Access. Click "Open". Go to and select the file you want to open.
Down next to the "OPEN" button in the bottom right of the window there is a
little arrow. Click it and select "Open Exclusive".
