microsoft access not opening

I loaded office profession 2003. All programs open except access. Any
sugestions on why access will not open.
 
get a real developer to move your MDB to ADP; I don't have this problem
with ADP

I've reloaded a couple of times now. When I click on access it say windows is
configuring microsoft office pro edition 2003. After that goes away nothing
happens.
