Microsoft Access icon

Is there anyway I can change the Caption and icon at the
most upper/left corner when I start a particular access
database. By default, it shows:
[access icon] Micosoft Access - [your database name]

Tools --> Startup
Change the "Application Title" and "Application Icon" fields
appropriately.
