Microsoft Access can't start SQL Dialogues

This message appeared when I was trying to start replication "Microsoft
Access can't start SQL Dialogues" and ask if I wanted to install it. I am
using Access 2000. I posted this on the replication group and a post
suggested I may need to remove an un-needed reference. Any ideas about what
this means would be helpful.

I haven't heard of this before, so I tried searching the Google archives
using the search phrase "SQL Dialogues". To my surprise, there were only two
hits, your own two posts, in this group and in the replication group. Now
this is very unusual - newly discovered problems that no one has ever
encountered before are rare. So I thought about it a bit, and then I tried
another search using the search phrase "SQL Dialogs" and here is the result.
Hopefully, one of these may provide some clue to the source of the problem
....
