Microsoft Access cannot open this file.

I am helping a client who is on a server 2000 domain. She cannot open her
access database. She gets this message: "This file is located outside your
intranet or on an untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open the file due
to potential security problems."

I made a test databse and saved it to the server. I got the same message
when I tried to open it. Then, I made a test databse and saved it to the
local my documents folder. Same result: could not open the file that I
created.

Thank you for any help that you can offer.
 
Dear friend,
If she uses MS-Access 2003 I beleive this will be the solution:
Run Access and from Tools - Macro - Security (set to Low)

She uses Access 2002.
