Microsoft acceptance agreement window too small

I have a new Dell laptop with a wide screen and have run
into a problem I have not encountered before. I am
trying to update Windows with the latest patches but when
I try to download, the acceptance agreement pops up in a
window that does not reveal the accept/decline buttons.
I can't figure out how to expand the window to reveal the
buttons.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hit TAB (which will put the focus on the invisible Accept) then Enter
