End-user license agreement popup

Ive just had a new hard drive put in my computer at work and everything is
working fine, except every time I open any windows program the end-user
license agreement pops up asking me to accept or decline. I accept and
everything is fine but I'm wondering if there is any way to "accept all" and
stop this from popping up?

Wild guess here but if "any windows program" is actually any MS Office
application, then the solution is to signon to the system using the
Administrator logon and accept the EULA and then it's good for all the
users.
