Use Sound Recorder to record your voice first, then save the file and play
it through Windows Media Player 11 then you will hear your voice through the
Speakers.

Click Start > type Sound Recorder.

I DID IT BEFORE, BUT THE POINT IS, I WANT TO HEAR MY VOICE PERMANENTLY.
THANKS,

Many sound boards will not route the microphone to the speakers.

THE PROBLEM IS APARENTLY THAT WINDOWS VISTA DON'TLET ME DO THAT. BECAUSE
THIS WORKED PERFECTLY IN WINDOWS XP.

I don't play with this stuff... but I just tried it with Audacity, and was
able to hear myself after I toggled on "Software Playthrough", which seems
to turn on "What U Hear". I have a Creative X-Fi soundcard.

From their Help...
"Why can’t I hear what I’m recording?
Windows and Linux
To monitor your recording, open your computer's volume control panel. Turn
up the playback volume and turn off the “mute†checkbox for your recording
source (usually “microphone†or “line inâ€).
If this does not work, open the Audacity preferences. In the “Audio I/Oâ€
section, turn on the “Software Playthrough†option."

If this is the same machine, go to the manyfacturer's site and see if they
have Vista drivers for the board.
